Denizli Exporters Association (DENİB) participated for the third time with an info stand at the Helal Expo Fair, held in Istanbul between 26–29 November 2025, bringing together international stakeholders.
At a time when global demand for halal-certified products is increasing, Helal Expo carries strategic importance as it brings trade delegations, procurement professionals, manufacturers, and sector representatives together on a single platform. Leading companies from the food, cosmetics, hygiene, health, textile, and packaging sectors took part in the fair, presenting a broad variety of products.
“Helal Expo stands at the center of international cooperation.”
Sharing his assessment of the fair, DENİB President Hüseyin Memişoğlu stated:
“During a period in which global demand for halal products is rising, Helal Expo serves as an important platform that brings together sector representatives from various countries in Istanbul. The participation of companies operating in fields such as food, cosmetics, hygiene, and textiles demonstrates the sector's broad developmental scope.”
Explaining DENİB's objectives at the fair, Hüseyin Memişoğlu added:
“Through our info stand, we aim to contribute to the promotion of our member companies and create a suitable environment for establishing new business connections. The meetings held throughout the fair enable valuable outputs for Denizli's export ecosystem. We continue our efforts to strengthen cooperation in the sector.”
Denizli's Strong Position in Food Exports Draws Attention
Denizli's food sector exported over 530 products to more than 130 countries during the January–November 2025 period, further strengthening its presence in global markets. This picture reflects the city's production capability, quality standards, and competitive strength in the international arena.
“Fairs are a strategic step for sustaining exports.”
Highlighting the importance of fairs for export activities, Memişoğlu said:
“We regard fair participation valuable for maintaining our existing markets and gaining access to new ones. We continue to support our members in fair processes to enhance their international visibility, expand their trade volume, and access current sectoral dynamics.”
DENİB Info Stand Attracted Significant Attention
Throughout the fair, sector information was shared with visitors at the DENİB info stand, while member companies were provided opportunities to hold bilateral business meetings. Meetings conducted with domestic and foreign buying delegations created a significant basis for potential commercial partnerships in the upcoming period.
DENİB will continue contributing to the sustainable growth of Denizli's exports through its active presence at international fairs and its mission to promote the sector.
