DENİB Organized the “Central and Eastern Europe Buyers Mission Program”
Denizli Exporters Association (DENİB) carried out the Central and Eastern Europe Buyers Mission Program, today gathering 30 Denizli home textiles companies with 22 foreign company representatives from 5 different countries.
Through the B2B meetings held, the goal is to establish new commercial connections and develop long-term business partnerships.
Commenting on the event, DENİB President Hüseyin Memişoğlu emphasized that Denizli's companies are now presented with their own brand labels in Central European stores and drew attention to the city's leading position in home textile exports:
“Denizli stands as one of the strongest production hubs in both Türkiye and the world with its production power, innovative designs, and high-quality products in the textile and especially home textile sectors. Today's program is of great importance for advancing our commercial relations with Eastern and Central European countries.
Four out of every five towels, seven out of every ten bathrobes, and six out of every ten bed linens exported from Türkiye are produced in Denizli.
As for home textiles, Denizli alone accounts for nearly half of Türkiye's total home textile exports.
We aim to strengthen our commercial relations with Central and Eastern European countries and establish a more permanent presence in new markets with this buyers mission. We'd like Denizli's production strength and design capability become more visible in these markets.”
President Hüseyin Memişoğlu also highlighted the importance of such events for achieving sustainable export growth and continued:
“Branding, design, and innovation have become indispensable in the home textile sector. In this regard, we lead in organizing events that offer new business opportunities to our exporters.
Our buyers mission programs enable our companies to meet foreign buyers directly, making trade more efficient and effective. In the upcoming period, we will continue to support our exporters in different markets through similar activities.”
Hosted by DENİB, the Central and Eastern Europe Buyers Mission Program is organized with the aim of increasing Denizli's export potential, establishing lasting commercial relationships in target markets, and strengthening the global competitiveness of Turkish home textiles.
