DENİB Participates in Helal Expo Fair
Denizli Exporters Association (DENİB) participated in the Halal Expo Fair, held in Istanbul from November 27-30, 2024, with an info stand.
DENİB President Hüseyin Memişoğlu, noting this was their second participation with an info stand, stated:
“With 104 domestic and 233 international participants, the Halal Expo offers a broad international platform. When we examine the participant profile, we see a fair that brings together the business world from around the globe, including countries like Pakistan, Indonesia, Iran, the United Arab Emirates, China, Bulgaria, Taiwan, Azerbaijan, Korea, and Russia. We are pleased to see a fair held in our country reaching such a wide audience.
By participating in the fair, which will bring together various sectors from food to cosmetics, certification to textiles, DENİB aims to strengthen its presence in the halal product market by representing our members. We will proudly showcase Denizli's halal product sector and exports.
In the January-October 2024 period, Denizli's food sector exports achieved an increase of 4.2%, reaching $275 million. We believe that by seizing new business opportunities in the food sector at Helal Expo, we can further enhance our potential.
We view exhibitions as the most important events for both maintaining the sustainability of our existing markets and accessing new ones. To increase the added value of our exports, we encourage our members to participate in exhibitions, support them through our info stand, and continue our efforts to advance our competitive strength.
We also see exhibitions held in our country as an opportunity to promote our culture. Additionally, we place great importance on bringing together domestic and international business circles for knowledge and experience sharing.
At our stand, we offer our members the opportunity to conduct their business meetings. We extend our wishes that the fair to be beneficial for all participants and visitors.”
